I'm all about writing review for the BEST and WORST experiences and I'm glad to say that Arrow (Cumming location) has been incredible. They were the ONLY company among top competitors that was able to accurately identify an active termite issue -- 'termite sandwich' in their jargon -- in our basement (everyone else missed it). The service providers who have visited our property (Brent and Cody) are very kind, respectful and on-time. I am grateful they were able to do their jobs so well and we're hoping for strong results soon! Thank you guys for being awesome!

Like my experience with competitor Team Pest USA last year, I had a good experience with Arrow Exterminators of Atlanta this year. Arrow is a pest control company with locations covering the entire Southeast plus Texas and Arizona.The switch from Team Pest USA to Arrow wasn't my choice, but property management's. I live in a 347-unit condominium complex in Midtown. We had Arrow come out to treat several units in one day. Mine was one of them. Pest control is included in our homeowners association fees, so there was no additional cost for me to have Arrow service my unit.I will say Arrow did a more thorough job than Team Pest USA. In addition to spraying chemicals around the inside of my unit, they placed bait inside certain kitchen and bathroom cabinet doors and laid down a few sticky traps. All of this was for cockroaches. The bait came out of a tube and it looked like peanut butter. I barely notice it on my cabinets. The traps were placed beneath certain sinks and toilets.So far, so good. Same result as Team Pest USA. I don't think you can go wrong with either company.Keisha was the Arrow employee who came to my unit. She was professional and wore shoe covers, as I requested. She did a good job. I asked her how long the treatment lasts and she said 30 days. That's too short for me. I wish the treatments lasted longer. That said, I scheduled this as a precautionary treatment and not because I had an active infestation.Also, one of the traps worked. I left town for a few weeks. When I returned, there was a dead roach in one of the traps.

Emily came to my home to perform a quarterly pest control service. She was on time as always and set about her work throughout my home. Trust means a lot and I can trust Emily without my having to watch over her. Emily is polite, thorough and pays attention to detail. When she was here she took a look in my crawlspace for any activity and found a leak under my home that we wouldn't have seen if not for her, and would definitely have been a very costly disaster for us! Because of Emily's keen eye, I was able to get the issue resolved before any major damage occurred. I am so very grateful for her providing us with the very best service! Thank you Emily and Arrow exterminators!
