I used them several years back. The technician, James, was thorough. He even got on the phone with my home warranty company & gave them the full cost breakdown; of which i paid, and was later reimbursed.

My 49 year old gas range stopped baking and I thought I would have to buy a new range. I called Appliance Care at 6:30pm and servicemen Russell was at my door the next morning at 9:30am. He was most knowledgeable and professional and was able to fix my oven!! I would recommend this company to anyone -- and we will certainly use them again if need be.

Service was fast. The technician did the work and was very friendly. but I have an issue with not being able to get a itemized bill. It was one large $700 for hours and material. But I don’t know what cost what. My refrigerator is working at 100% though. I just won’t call them again. I need bill transparency.
