I contacted Ansley Home Cleaning about housekeeping duties and their response was quick and informative (what they do, the pricing involved, reasoning behind same). If their cleanings are anything like their response to inquiries, I'm confident that they're going to do a great job.

To start there was an issue with the timing. I booked for noon and they confirmed I booked for noon but the team was scheduled for 1:30pm. I was then late for work because I was waiting around to figure out what was happening. I figured fine, at least my house will be clean. But I paid $300 for a 'deep clean' and there are several areas clearly untouched. The couch was not vacuumed even though I have cats and it clearly needed it. Plus there are several areas on the floor where there is glaringly still cat hair & dirt. Not worth the money or the time waiting around.They came back for a free clean and it was decent. I want to make sure you know how happy I am with the deep cleaning. Jamison was LOVELY and did a great and thorough job. She showed up right on time, and worked quietly and quickly.As I had mentioned in my onboarding, I am a cancer patient in the chemo stage of treatment. Just lifting the weight of the anxiety of cleaning my home while going thru the side effects weeks has been worth every penny.
