The first time I came here I think it took a lil longer than expected, but it’s a small clinic and the staff was nice to me. And sometimes that’s all that matters a good person at the front, that can kindly say things.

My appointment was for 9:30 I didn’t see anyone till 11. I can for a shot and they were out of the certificate/booklets. I wish that I was told over the phone when I scheduled my appointment 2 days prior. After coming in, I was told it would come in a couple days, then told a week, then I called for the status the next week and the clerk said it will come the following week. Now I’m waiting for the certificate. This is an inconvenience.
