My visit was… interesting. I wish I would’ve checked the reviews beforehand due to the change of stylist being a “Master stylist.” Please be sure to ask ahead prior to your lash application. It is an another additional $20.. I asked the lady at the front desk if the whole $20 goes to the stylist and she said yes at first, then said they only get partial when she asked if I wanted to tip on top of that. My lash tech said about 5 words to me, which is fine I guess she was having a long day but it was a very cold environment. * comfortable lashing setting, blanket is provided with your service
* the stylist made sure i was comfortable
* nice and relaxing and quiet lash time, i enjoy the peace and quiet
* exact set, style, and length i wanted
* double checked and verified my set before beginning and asked if there were any questions or concerns with lashes as well

DO NOT RECOMMEND. every single time I’ve been here there’s been a problem. Either the stylist didn’t listen to what I requested, the price was hiked up and not reflected on the website, policies change without being reflected on the website, and VERY often have felt disrespected by the stylist or customer service professional. I’ve given this place a few chances, but at this point I will not return. I was charged an extra $30 because the prices miraculously went up with no notice. I recommend North Buckhead location or another company altogether.
