Worse recruiting company that I have ever dealt with. I contacted them after they were recommended by a former coworker. I tried contacting them several times, even to their Head of Recruiting, with no response. After finally getting a response from their Head of Recruiting, I was passed to a recruiter who then passed me to three others. Of the three, only one of them replied. In our conversations, I was told to look for jobs in their territory and send them to him and he would engage the company. WHAT??? Isn't it your job to match my experience and skills to available positions in my profession and then contact the company for the ones I am interested in?

It took me awhile to take a position with Ajilon, I turned down several opportunities. But it was such a good fit for me. Katie & Courtney were really helpful during the on boarding process and I look forward to continuing our partnership.

his place is HORRIBLE! Especially MICHELLE BREWER! She is super judgmental and biased! Once she gets you placed...don’t bother reaching back out to her in the future! She’s not going to help you.....she is a smile in your face and talk about you behind your back kinda person...just steer clear of her! I had better luck with a different staffing company!!!
