Jimmie is very knowledgeable and great at giving my son direction to reach his physical therapy goals. He has become so much stronger and explosive from following the program. I highly recommend Adapt PT!

This is a great and professional establishment. I have been working with James after my ACL surgery to get back my strength and mobility. He took time to explain the different steps in my rehab program and the reasons behind the exercises I was doing. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs physical therapy.

I started coming to Adapt to see Jimmy 9 months ago on a good friend’s recommendation. I had been dealing with 2 herniated discs in my lower back which had recently gotten progressively worse after years of issues. I thought this was my life moving forward. Jimmy started me off slow and told me that soon I wouldn’t even feel my back if I kept to the routine. I thought he was crazy but after 2 months of working with him 2 days a week my back pain was all but gone. I’m now working out 4 days a week and stronger than I have been since my 20’s and haven’t had my back go out in 9 months. All I do is follow his routine.
