I live in this building, and it's a wonderful community. I'd really love to know who manages this listing. *Yelp* why isn't it easy to identify them? #1 - The building is called "805 Peachtree", not "Peachtree Lofts Condominiums", which is the name of a different building two blocks away at 878 Peachtree. #2 - What's with the pictures of homeless people sleeping in front of the building? This is a terrible representation of the building. 805 Peachtree has great floor plans and amenities. The pool, workout room, and other common areas are better than those in surrounding buildings. The residents are friendly and warm. Building rules are designed for responsible residents, rather than a partying crowd, and they fit the building well. The front desk is helpful and friendly.
