I had to replace the main post for my mailbox after it was hit by a car. I called customer service and they looked up my order and l received the replacement the next day. The woman l spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable and very understanding of what l needed. Great product and great service.

My experience with the Support group @ 4Ever Products was fantastic. Kelley Gregg, who handled the situation that I had encountered was professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. She made me feel special in solving the problem that I had and as if I knew her all of my life. If I need other products that 4Ever Products sell I would definitely call her first.
