AFTER A BAD INITIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE CALL MY FAITH IN THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN RESTORED- I purchased 3 real estate stakes for my real estate sign posts- product was not compatable with my existing sign posts- So I called in to explore buying 3 sign post from them so I could use the stakes I just purchased- The phone customer service rep was unbelievably rude and had no accurate measurements to give to see if my existing sign gromets would line up with their sign post. Zero willingness to credit me the cost of the stakes if I purchased 3 whole sign post packages that would of included the stakes- SO I ASKED FOR A MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK- THANK GOD FOR KELLY WHO CALLED...read full review

We ordered a mailbox and post kit. Simple to assemble and install. Upon delivery the mailbox was damaged. I contacted Leah Ransby at 4 Ever Products and she was excellent with her response time and getting us another mailbox. Her customer services skills are above and beyond. Highly recommended product and company!!
