As always, maintenance is extremely responsive, communicative, and professional when it comes to answering service requests. I have yet to have a negative experience working with the maintenance team here, and am completely satisfied with the work that they do! Truly, they are a breath of fresh air compared to my experience with maintenance staff with previous apartments I have lived in.
Just want to give a shoutout to Joaquin, the head of the maintenance department, for his professionalism and great work in accommodating me during my stay and ensuring everything is fixed in a timely manner and overall assiantace with the building.
