We had multiple rooms done at the same time and chose Lewis Company Floors because of their reputation and upon the recommendations of several different previous clients of theirs. We couldn't be more satisfied! We are elderly and so furniture had to be moved, trim had to be painted afterwards, and it wasn't an easy job. Despite that, the workers were pleasant easy to get along with and did whatever we asked of them. I have to also say I thought their prices were very competitive compared to other vendors we had approached. We certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and we will be using them for a couple of future projects we still need to complete.
This company was wonderful! From the choice of selection of tile and carpet, to the installation and the quality of customer service, I was impressed. I even got a hand written note through the mail for thanking me by choosing Lewis Co. Floors. --that's attention to detail I got from this company. Their sales rep. Sunny was also more than helpful.
Recently we shopped for new carpets and we had a great experience with The Lewis Company Floors in Athens GA. Sunny provided awesome customer service and was incredibly patient as we went back and forth several times deciding on the right carpet.
No matter how many times we changed our minds, she always made us feel valued and prioritized our satisfaction. Adam and the entire team were professional and dedicated to making the entire process easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Lewis Floors.
