Refuses to answer my messages regarding my hair extensions. The extensions are my property and I can't them back! This is no way to treat a past client let alone a stage 4 cancer patient! You closed your business and now you are hiding, absolutely ridiculous!
Jennifer and the team at Tame did an amazing job for my wedding hair and makeup. They were easy to work with, responsive, and adjustable. If I could give zero stars I would. Do NOT bother going here. I made an appointment with the owner for a blowout on the day of my best friend’s wedding. I showed up to my appointment about 10 minutes early and the salon was dark, no one was there, and it was CLOSED - even though they were supposed to be open according to their posted hours. I tried calling - no answer. I wound up finding a salon around the corner, and the manager at the new salon said this happens all the time!! Do not waste your time with their business!
