I LOVE this gym. Clean and has all the equipment you need, never too crowded even at peak times. The group fitness classes are fun and challenging, great for all ages. The instructors are so kind and knowledgeable. They know everyone by name and take the time to offer modifications for your specific skill level even in large group classes. Kim and Diana are amazing. And the 24/7 access is great as well.
I always hate working out and have found gyms to be overwhelming with their bright colors, loud music, and crowded machinery. This is THE BEST gym and has changed my outlook on staying active. If it weren’t for this gym, I wouldn’t go to the gym… it’s so clean, the staff are kind, it’s calming, there’s natural light and nice music, and I just feel encouraged every time I step in the door. I know so many people that have made this part of their routine and it helps people feel accomplished and supported. It’s amazing how a gym can bring comfort, joy, and encouragement to your everyday life. :) I’m so thankful…
I have an endocrinology appointment the 18th so I needed to stop in and have my labs drawn. It's my first time so I didn't really know where to go. I called my endocrinologist's office to ask. Turns out the office for labs is in the building next door to my doctors office. So quick and easy! I went in to registration and was seen immediately then taken back to the lab where again I was seen immediately. I was in and out of the building in 10 minutes. You just can't beat that for any medical appointment!! So grateful for St Mary's.
