Initially I had a decent experience getting my massages with Kate. She wasn’t always the best at responding to text messages in a timely manner when I would reach out to her to book an appointment for my monthly massage, so I just started scheduling my next appointment after my massage.
Kate and her business partner Mia, could no longer afford the studio that they were renting on Hill St, and Katie could no longer perform Ashiatsu massages in Athens, so she referred me to Mia who resides in Athens. Mia cancelled in me 1.5 hours before my service that I had driven to Athens from out of town. Incredibly unprofessional. She never responded earlier in the week and made no attempt to reschedule or find an alternate provider. Do y waste your time with this unprofessional service provider or business.
