Very poor communication! I had an appointment scheduled for 8-2 ... when I called on my way there to confirm their address, I was informed that my appointment was rescheduled for Friday. No one bothered to call me to inform me of the change . I actually was looking forward to a couples massage with my husband to celebrate my birthday. This was a huge disappointment!
