Our driver Mark did an awesome job. Mark was nice, friendly and professional. He took a little of stress out of a having a broken down vehicle.
Shuman has always been quick to get there when you need them. I really like the text messages that keep you updated. They send one message when the driver is assigned, one when in route and another when they are about 5 minutes out. A professional group of people here and highly recommend
I appreciate the customer service and care these guys put forward. Everytime I've had to deal with them has been great. Super kind very fair and willing to work with you to try to help. Epitome of customer service. Definitely recommend.
I have used shuman services three times, and each time was treated amazingly. The driver’s I have had arrived in a timely manner and were very professional! Would recommend to anyone!
