Excellent service, extremely respectful of my time and knowledgeable in their field. Couldn't recommend them enough. Matthew took care of a much needed upgrade, fixed some fans that where dying and thermal pasted where it was needed. Got it cleaned up and ready quickly and efficiently. My laptop is running like a Hellcat. Thanks again!

I built my first computer ever and got hung up right at the finish line: the computer and fans would come on but no visual data out of the GPU HDMI. After trying a few things myself I decided to go to someone with experience so that A) I didn't damage anything on accident and B) I could know if the problem was hardware or person-in-chair.
Matthew went down a standard list of things to try and the next morning my computer was booting and ready for me to continue my build!
