I ordered a replacement battery from an Amazon vendor. Took it and my Macbook Air into Reboot. Drake, who deserves a medal for patience, found that the new battery was D.O.A. After spending countless minutes on trying to get life out of it, Drake slashed his normal rate in half to ease my obvious financial pain. Five stars for Reboot. I will never go anywhere else.
