Service was friendly, fast, and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend for your data recovery needs. Clear communication of price and updates of work completed. Hopefully none of my technology ever breaks again, but if it does I'll be returning to Reboot!
Excellent service, extremely respectful of my time and knowledgeable in their field. Couldn't recommend them enough. I built my first computer ever and got hung up right at the finish line: the computer and fans would come on but no visual data out of the GPU HDMI. After trying a few things myself I decided to go to someone with experience so that A) I didn't damage anything on accident and B) I could know if the problem was hardware or person-in-chair.
Matthew went down a standard list of things to try and the next morning my computer was booting and ready for me to continue my build! Although I didn't take him up on it he also offered me to install an operating system and getting all the drivers in order; if you're the type who wants a computer to just work "out of the box"...read full review
