About PUSH Pilates Athens
PUSH Pilates Athens offers a full-body workout experience, with classes tailored to focus on specific areas such as inner thighs or glutes. The workout is challenging and intense, but instructors provide modifications and focus on form to suit different skill levels, with easy to add steps to level up the challenge. Classes are led by energetic and amazing instructors who keep it fun and encouraging. Students report leaving classes feeling stronger and more confident, with noticeable improvements in overall physical and mental well-being. It is a great atmosphere with motivating music that creates a fun and empowering environment.
Once I started coming to Push, I couldn’t stop! The environment is so fun and welcoming, and you can truly make each class your own. The instructors are amazing- always full of energy, and so supportive. I walk out of every class feeling better than when I walked in!!
I joined the PUSH family back in September and it has become my favorite part of the day! There is truly a place for everyone at all levels of their fitness journey, all of the instructors are incredibly supportive, and I have met such a great community at PUSH pilates! I am both mentally and physically stronger since joining PUSH, and cannot express my gratitude enough!
Truly such a great place. The staff is welcoming and does an outstanding job making a PUSH feel like an experience, not just a 50 minute class. It is warm and pushes clients to be their best with such kind motivation. On top of the fitness aspect being elite, the girls who work here, both teaching and behind the scenes, are second to none. My newest and favorite Athens obsession!
