About Normal Town Coin Laundry

Normal Town Coin Laundry is a clean and efficient laundry with a great location. The machines are generally in good working order, though some dryers need fixing. The friendly owner-operator and pleasant staff provide excellent service, including washing and folding. It is not too expensive. A downside is the limited seating, with nowhere to sit inside or outside. Customers have been loyal for over ten years, appreciating the nice and clean place.

I really like this Laundry! The ladies that do my comforters for my Airbnb are so good. They do a great job and are super pleasant. The place is kept clean and has everything you need to make the experience efficient and as easy as it can be.

Machined in good working order. No pets allowed. Nowhere to sit with them outside. Nowhere really to sit inside either so everybody ends up in their cars pumping the parking lot with exhaust. Kinda not great. But. Life goes on.

SCAM ALERT: would be 5 stars, clean machines, good atmosphere, laundry-wise it’s great. DO NOT USE VENDING MACHINE. today I tried to get a drink from the vending machine, didn’t work, another customer told me the same thing happened to her. I went up front to ask for a refund, she said no. I said okay can you put a sign that says out of order so this doesn’t happen to anyone else…. She said NO?!?! So I said okay I will put a sign up, so no one else loses $1.75. I did and she took it down within a couple minutes. Very dishonest and sketchy :-( put a sour taste in my mouth.
