My father recently passed and the compassion we received from Levi Oldham and the rest of the staff of Lord and Stephens was beyond belief. Levi met with us and explained the steps with us and was present at the graveside service to walk people in out of the rain. No words can express our gratitude for his kindness and compassion.

Haley Burns at Lord & Stephens was so kind and so patient about all the questioning we had. She treated us so well, she explained the process in great detail. She was so respectful about the arrangements. We are glad we chose this establishment. She was so compassionate and understanding about our loss.. Service over all was amazing. We had a wonderful experience meeting with Ray to plan for our end of life arrangements. No one wants to think of our lives ending but of course it’s reality. Ray showed us different options and listened carefully to what we wanted. It’s a very emotional time for your family when a loved one passes so we wanted to make it easy on our children. Now Lord and Stephens will take care of everything for them. You can’t go wrong with Ray as your guide. A+ Ray!!
