UPDATE: Sadly, I stopped going there. The office is part of a larger scale network of providers and that is the problem. They have a call center type phone system for ALL of the clinics together, and the messages aren't bein sent/accepted. I cancelled an appointment, was reassured I would not incur additional fees, then I called to say I could make the appointment after all, and was assured that the appointment was still mine. Setting appointments are simple and appointments are timely. Counselor is very professional and listens well. Counselor discusses plan of action thoroughly. I’m well pleased with LifeStance services.
