“Should have reviewed Joanna a long time ago. I have been going to her for a couple years now(but, have only needed a haircut a handful of times). I recommend Joanna to anyone who has hair, especially those like me with curly hair. Having super thick, very course curly hair, I needed someone who knows what she's doing, which is how I found Joanna. She doesn't do what other stylist do usually, and that is to start brushing my hair out(which feels and looks terrible). Instead, she looks at my hair and makes a gameplan that fits exactly what my hair needed. As soon as I made the first appointment, I told my mom and sister about her, and they feel the same way. She goes above and beyond for every client; she is kind and personal and absolutely fantastic. She talks to you as if you're picking up the last conversation(which is incredible, being that I hadnt had a haircut from her since last Fall). I came in today with my mess of a hair(thick, curly hair and hadn't brushed it out, so I knew how much work was needed) and she made sure everything she was doing was what I wanted. I wanted it straight after the cut because I am about to travel, and she accommodated me 100%. Made my hair the softest it has ever been. Also, I recommend everyone have the deep conditioning treatment. Will continue to recommend Joanna to everyone, and will continue to go to her as long as I can!“
