They have pretty much always cut my hair the way I want it. No matter where you go to get your hair cut, you will always end up going that one time here or there where you get someone that does it poorly, so I'm not holding the couple of times over the years that it has happened to me here against them. Here's a tip that can help, though, to prevent any problems. If you regularly get the same haircut, they can put the details (like what clipper size, special instructions, etc.) into their system, so they should have a good idea what to do even before sitting you down in the chair. Had a great experience at this location and love my haircut! I came for a simple trim, and the stylist suggested I get layers instead, given my hair length and texture. I'm glad she suggested that because it looks great and I will definitely be back! :)

I have been coming to Great Clips literally for decades lol, and I have gone to all the locations in Athens, but now I exclusively go to the Epps Bridge Parkway location because of Laura! She really knows how a guys haircut should be done, she has over 30 years experience as a barber, and it shows when she gives you a haircut! They are very lucky to have her there, very nice person on top of it all. Just Ask for Laura, best haircut a guy will ever get ?
