Thank You LUCRETIA.....it was my first time at Great Clips and my "take-away" is this: Friendly, explained online check-in for my next visit....and she LISTENED and I walked out with one of my BEST haircuts ever !! Great asset to Great Clips-- I'll be back requesting Lucretia !!

Went to Great Clips 11/14/23 and have to say I got the best hair cut ever, my stylist was Jodi. Not only did she give me the best haircut ever but she was very friendly. Great customer service with everyone that walked thru the door. Personally I felt like she was the only stylist there out of the 3. The other 2 stylist weren't friendly and had no customer service skills. So if you want Great customer service, a friendly stylist and a great haircut, ask for Jodi.

The lady who cut my hair did a pretty decent job honestly. Leaving 3 stars though because I called ahead and asked if I needed to make an appointment for my hair to be cut and styled; they told me to walk in and they would be able to do the services, no problem. I showed up at the time I was supposed to be seen according to the app but I still had to wait 30 minutes, after which they informed me they only had time for a haircut. Really? I could’ve just come on another day and it’s irritating to be told these things AFTER time has already been wasted.Service: Haircut
