Ordered a delivery from out-of-state, and the process was incredibly smooth. I actually made a mistake when ordering, and the shop quickly corrected it. Flowers were beautiful, and the recipient loved them!

Very nice. I ordered in the evening and noticed on my parent's ring doorbell that the flowers were being delivered at 8:30 am! I will definitely use Frances' Florist in the future.

We live in another State.My wife's sister-in-law, who lives in Athens, had a major surgical procedure scheduled. We contacted France's Florist. The individual who answered the phone was so friendly and knowledgeable. The individual talked me through the process of placing an order.The floral arrangement was delivered as we requested that same day. My wife's sister-in-law was pleasantly surprised by the flowers and our thoughts and wishes for her contained on the card. She raved how much she enjoyed the tactile object versus the texts and emojis she received from others.Frances' Florist is so professional and efficient.
