I can honestly say that Efrain went above with what we asked for. We kept adding more work to the paint job and he did it without questioning it. We messed up on a color that we originally decided on and he came the next morning with the correct color. He made sure we were pleased with the job. Overall, Efrain and his team were great! They were super quick and did a solid job. We were moving into a new place and needed a quick turn around. He came out on a Friday afternoon to take a look at our place and give us an estimate, then by Monday, it was all done! I was amazed to see how Efrain and his team cranked out all that work over the span of 3 days. They were all very friendly and focused on their work. Also, Efrain was nice enough to replace my attic door and repair one of my toilets that was leaking. He came across these issues as they were working and asked if he could fixed them. So nice! Also, Efrain is very transparent about the work he is doing and is open to discussing exactly what a customer wants. I asked if he could remove the outdated security system that was built into the walls of the house and in the corners of the room and he made it look like nothing was ever there. He uses quality Sherwin Williams paint. His crew also made sure to clean up after themselves. After each day, they would use a vacuum to clean up any mess their materials may have caused. My only critique is that I can tell in some parts they did not use painters' tape to keep their lines straight on the trim they painted. This is a small detail and really is not too noticeable unless you are close to the wall and detail-oriented. Their freehand was pretty good. He also does a final walkthrough with you to ensure you are happy with their work. If you want a quality job done quickly - Efrain is your guy! His prices are great, too!
