“This review is for Cecil Jennings Construction (2024). This company is licensed by the State of Georgia and insured. We hired Jennings Construction to repair damage resulting from a washing machine overflow in an upstairs laundry room. Extensive water drainage caused sheetrock and wood problems in the garage below and in the laundry room. A popcorn ceiling was replaced with plywood and moulding all around. It turned out beautifully. They continued in the laundry room per a water damage regimen, adding a drain and floor tile. It also turned out gorgeous. In addition to this repair, we replaced 22 original windows and added 5 new doors. A large outdoor deck pergola was rebuilt with the utmost stability for 2 swings that were added.The craftsmen employed by Jennings Construction have excellent workmanship and positive values about the job they do. Time management, planning, cleanliness, courtesy, thoughtfulness of our property, and kindness are some of our favorite personal qualities of the crew. The Site Project Manager, David, is excellent in keeping the homeowner reassured in every aspect. He is extremely knowledgeable and dependable in staying abreast of any issue that presents itself onsite…and promptly takes care of it. It’s a real comfort knowing that he kept us informed on everything and manages the crew with team-oriented finesse. His personal values are apparent and he shows a great deal of empathy for his customers. He is an important asset to the company. We also would not have had the experience we did without The Lead Estimator/Office Manager, Eric. He works countless hours for the customer, researching multiple companies, searching for the best quality and price from competitors, and presented us with an estimate we could not refuse. We gave him with pictures of what we wanted and he found exact items that were superior to what we had in mind. His estimating skills are spot-on. He has a heart for customer service and it’s very apparent from our interactions with him.
