I went to Companion Animal Hospital a few years ago when I still lived in Athens. I originally changed vets because during covid, Companion was one of the only ones I could find that let me go back there for the exam with my very anxious dog. I went in for a typical wellness exam where she also got a few vaccines. As we were on our way out of the building, my dog started vomiting and getting very lethargic. I immediately went back into the building with her where the whole team there, led by Dr. Weaver, jumped into quick action. It turns out she had a very extreme anaphylactic reaction to the vaccine. We have been going to Companion for over 20 years. They have been with us during the birth of puppies and in there sickness and in death. They have stood by us during all of it. And we will always be grateful. And we will continue to go there until we no longer have fur babies. Which we will always have. There are fantastic.

I had a small medical emergency. The front office staff was kind and understanding to fit me in for an appointment. Dr. Weaver was out standing with her decision making and treatment. Thank you for being so thoughtful and helpful in our moment of need. The whole staff was awesome.
