I purchased a pool cleaning robot from this company a while back. A year later, the power cord for the robot quit working, so the staff helped me order a new cord under the manufacturer’s warranty.
It took over a year for the manufacturer and distributor to get their act together and finally get that cord delivered to Athens, but the Shields staff kept me updated throughout the process and consistently kept pressure on the slow parties on my behalf.

After dealing with another pool company for a month and not getting my pool clean i came to see my friend Monica at Birchmore and regret not going there from the beginning! She helped take my pool from brown disgusting water to beautiful blue water in less than a week! Birchmore definitely has my business from now on, very happy customer!
