I could not be happier with the technical and customer service I have received at Average Joe Phone Repair. They have helped me with phone repairs as well as computer repairs. The staff is quick, efficient and very patient with a non techy like myself. I highly recommend Average Joe!

I NEVER write reviews on things but I just felt the need to because average Joe’s was a lifesaver!!! My iPhone had been dropped a few times too many and the back glass was cracked. One day, it wasn’t usable and the screen was flashing and nothing would help. Apple mailed me a new one. Sadly my photos had not been backed up to icloud since July 2022. Soooo over a years worth of photos were stuck on my old broken phone and could not be accessed. Best Buy geek squad couldn’t get them. I called every other repair shop in town and everyone told me that there was no way to access the photos. Average Joes was like BET we got this!!! Two days later they successfully recovered...read full review
