They’re so punctual, that many times we wait to call for minor issues until a weekday because they’ll drop whatever they’re doing on the weekend to come take care of them. First off, these guys care. It was cold outside and I had to have a new unit, they expedited my install and even stayed til after 6:30 to make sure everything was right. Their pricing has always been competitive, and I've always felt like I've gotten the better end of the deal. I am lucky to have Preferred right here in my home town.
