Johannes is very responsive and communicated well throughout the process. JoWi removed a dead tree for me, and the job was complicated by equipment in the way and the power service wires also being in the way. JoWi coordinated with GA Power, and they removed the tree debris to the county facility. I was away when JoWi performed the work, and all went well. I highly recommend them.

Excellent communication and service! Mr Johannes is a true professional. I called him on a weekend, and he was able to do an estimate the same day. He also reminded me that we would need approval from historical society to remove it, since we are in the historic district. The tree removal was quick, with no debris left behind. If only I had called Johannes first! He consulted with me and completely understood what I needed. He showed up with the proper equipment and made sure everything we discussed was done, even accommodated some small add-ons. He is very professional, courteous and cost efficient. Johannes got the job done! I highly recommend him and am locked in should I need help in the future.
