Communication was excellent. Making time for me to get my computer there was excellent. Jane did not leave any questions unanswered. Highly recommend Jane for all your computer needs. I am not very tech savvy and I was not made to feel ignorant or dismissed because of my lack of knowledge.

Not only did she make my computer like new, she also taught me so much about it! She was so patient and kind and was a pleasure to talk to. I am not computer savvy at all, and she made me feel comfortable. She has adorable fur babies that stole my heart. I am so glad I met Jane. She saved my computer!
