Had a great experience w Yanover Construction for my deck replacement. Marcelo was my project manager, very timely, knowledgeable and he listened. My construction staff was professional and delivered the finished product I wanted, in a timely fashion...I can't overlook, while reviewing, they cleaned after themselves at days end, every day! I am excited for my next project to get started, I'm only waiting for the quote!

VERY happy with my deck repair, which included replacement of all floorboards, top rail, and stairs. Project Manager Marcelo was thoroughly professional throughout all phases with great communication and responsiveness. The work was excellent quality, and completed on a timely basis. Working with Yanover was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I requested a quote through Angies list and Yanover was the only company that sent me an estimator/project manager and not a salesman that wanted to come inside and give me a 2 hour sales pitch. The project Manager, Marcelo, was very communicative on scheduling and when workers would be at my home. He removed the dumpster as a favor for my daughter’s birthday weekend. The finished product looks amazing. My wife was posting daily updates to of the deck progress on Facebook and there were a lot of comments on how it looked like a custom professional job.
