I had a consultation with Kyle when my roof needed to be replaced and it was easily one of the best presentations that I've had from a sales person. I had a couple other companies that I received estimates from but was planning on going with Team Roofing until I had questions with no follow-up. The lack of professionalism/follow-through was extremely disappointing and made me hesitant to hire the company so I went with someone else. They really missed the mark and cost themselves a sale.

HORRIBLE… Roof leaked from them not installing it properly, left nails EVERYWHERE. Now that they are “out of business” we cannot file a warranty claim and have to pay out of pocket for damages…

Beware of the shrewd marketing and reviews of this company. They will bid the job at a high price and just sub it out to the lowest bidder. I received poor quality work from their sub. They did nothing but argue with me the entire time, produced poor quality work, unprofessional response and would not come back to fix the leaks and problems. Chad the owner just lied to me about fixing the problems and ignored my calls and emails. When bidding they are very professional, but high prices and poor work with no warrantee in the end. Not recommended to do business with.
