Louis Cole is the best lender available in Georgia! When I came to Louis, I was as green as they come as it related to the home buying process. Louis literally took me by my hand and led me from Day 1 to Signing Day, and even to this present day he makes himself available to give counsel, as needed. I am so thankful that he took whatever time was needed to answer all of my questions, thoroughly. I am the kind of person that will ask lots and lots of questions because I need to understand exactly what I am getting myself into in any given situation. Louis NEVER rushed off of the phone, neither did he leave a question unanswered! When I initially started conversing with Louis, my credit history was okay but he took the time to explain how revolving credit would help my score increase. I took his advise and followed what he had taught me to do. (He DID NOT send me to the nearest credit repair company that was online!) He taught me how to manage my credit and it has become a lifestyle change for the better, not only for me, but I now pass it along to my children and to anyone who may ask me how I bought my new home.
