They are known for being straightforward, with no-nonsense communication and fair, upfront pricing without being pushy. Their team provides detailed consultations, discussing specific options for windows and sun exposure with unmatched product knowledge. They clearly explain the trade-offs between tint percentage, transmissivity, and reflectivity, offering multiple quality options to best suit each customer's needs. The service is efficient and reliable, from the initial quote through installation. They arrive on time as promised and complete installations flawlessly and quickly, often the next day. The technicians are described as sweet, knowledgeable, and professional. The results are impressive, achieving goals like blocking views for privacy while letting in natural light, reducing heat and brightness, and creating a peaceful home. Their high-quality film installations are durable, lasting for decades without peeling, bubbling, or fading. Customers are very satisfied and consistently recommend Southern Sun Control for their honesty, professionalism, reasonable prices, and excellent results.
Southern Sun Control was fantastic to work with. I was looking for a window film with very little tint, if any, as I didn't want to darken my room. They listened to what I wanted and suggested a Panorama window film. The pricing was very fair and installation was completed the next week in just a few hours. It looks fantastic and still keeps my room bright while adding heat and UV protection for these Georgia summers. Southern Sun Control were communicative throughout the whole process and provided warranty information. I'd hire them again without hesitation.
Eric and his team at Southern Sun Control were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The pricing was great, communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and the team was incredibly respectful of both our family and our home while they worked. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and we could not be happier with the final result. We highly recommend the entire Southern Sun Control team to anyone looking for professionalism, quality, and outstanding customer service.
We had an amazing experience. The team was quick to respond, very consultative and answered 1 million questions I had. I was appreciative that he took all my questions and provided 3 options, which was so helpful to help me narrow it down. The installation was incredibly smooth and truly an exceptional job! Highly recommend!
