Ladies and gentlemen, let me tell you, I had to sit on this for a couple of weeks, but this haircut I got, it's just downright disrespectful! I mean, I'm pushing 50, and I've never experienced such a debacle at a barbershop. Walked into this joint on a Sunday, first chair on the left, and the guy cutting – he's acting like he's the second coming of the hair game. Called ahead, gave crystal-clear instructions: even me out and hit me with that smooth fade or a bald fade. But what does he do? Completely disregards my directives, starts bragging about his Walmart gig in Roswell like it's some badge of honor. Just there on a Sunday, pushing his clientele elsewhere. Then, he whips out a razor, starts crafting sideburns when I explicitly said I wanted a fade. Tried to set him straight, and boy, he caught an attitude like I insulted his whole lineage. Faded me in silence, irked because I corrected him. I'm sitting there, telling him I've got a career-defining interview, I need a certain look – zero regard. Finished up, tossed the apron, and hits me with a $30 bill, but guess what? No electronic payments. No Cash App, no debit card. How in the world does a business in one of the busiest Walmarts in Alpharetta not take card payments? Had me standing in line at Walmart like I'm withdrawing from a bank in the 90s. And here's the kicker, folks. Dude takes a razor to my head, no alcohol, no sanitizing. Health hazard 101! I go back, ask for some alcohol, and this brother doesn't even have it at his station. Had to borrow from another barber's stash! Left my head looking like a patchwork quilt, all uneven on the sides. This guy, he's a disaster, a travesty, a catastrophe in the realm of haircuts. Comes to find out, he didn't know I'm a regular at that spot, a small business owner in Alpharetta. His tactics, his service – atrocious. He shouldn't be anywhere near a pair of clippers!

For a long time I have always had a great experience but now suddenly it turned into a business i dont want to go to anymore. Heres what happened. I called this barber shop around 4 00 and here it is i asked the lady today what time they close, they told me 6. Here it is i came from walmart mansell Rd all the way to walmart on windward to get a hair cut. It was about 5 20 when i got to the barber shop. The lady tells me to sit down and it will be 45 minutes for her to comeback from her break or whatever she was doing when she left the barbershop and left me waiting. I waited from 5 20 to 620 to get a haircut and the lady that was in charge today, dec 10th never came back. I have never had this experience my whole life and I dont think I will come here again. I am very upset and shocked that I ended up dealing with this kind of thing. Really upset for sure and I hope somebody talks to them about this kind of experience. This is not like this company to so that to any 1

I want to give a shout out to a Great Stylist and employee. I got Flexi rod set for the first time today. I was. a little concerned because I’m particular about my hair but I was going to Walmart. Ms. Ann was so knowledgeable and very attentive to service and providing me with the best service. I made my next apt and my hair looks fabulous. Thank you Ms. Ann for raising the standard of service and professionalism.
