Salt n Sauna is truly amazing. I deal with Hashimoto/hypothyroidism and the infrared sauna here is so much better than any other I have experienced. The red light panels are excellent for direct impact to my thyroid gland. These are things that have helped me on my journey to healing. Kim (the owner) is both knowledgeable and so over the top helpful!! She understands what therapies are the best for each individual. I started with sauna then slowly added red light and what a difference! The atmosphere there feels like a spa….relaxing and healing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I did the Salt Room. I really enjoyed the color changing lights and relaxing music. It's suppose to help breathing and respiratory. And my chest honestly lighter and my breathing was clearer. I can't wait to go back and try the Sauna. I wanted to update my review. Both Kim's are nice and knowledgeable. If it's your first time they make you feel very comfortable. Also on this session I tried the Red Light Sauna. OMG amazing! This is going to be apart of new regiment
