I love the software although I wasn’t haven’t much love near the end of last year and the beginning of this year. I know they were trying to get things back up to speed after COVID so I can image the turmoil as all businesses were rushing to get back to normal. I know we were. Also, during this getting back to normal thing, Worldpay decides to tell all their customers they are switching the credit card processing to a new platform by a certain date. After a about month of dealing with Worldpay and the switch, I decided to switch our credit card processing instead to Bluefin which turned out great. By far the worst company I have ever worked with. The office manager Patti outright refuses to return my calls about the ongoing issues. Support is a joke. No one will ever call back or actually fix the issues. 100% do NOT recommend this company. The bad thing is, the system itself isn’t terrible (if it worked appropriately). The worst part of SalonTouch is the employees at this company. I usually have a lot more patience for routine issues but dealing with issues without proper support since October is absolutely ridiculous.
