Initially difficult to contact via obscured Covid hours- dropped by and receptionist was very friendly and informative. Scheduled out 3 weeks later for second half. Will update after second session.Edit: second visit was fine.

I went there today for a hydra facial I left with a severe dermal abrasions and bruising to my skin I have had several over 12 hydration facials and have never not once had any damage to my epidermis I've never had any acne scarring or issues i do this to maintain healthy skin i walked in with a models complexion and left looking like a meth addict! Then the technician called me saying I could not talk to the doctor because she's a 1099 employee I'm about to 1099 sue her if my face doesn't clear up in the next day. It's the communication for me. If u work 8 to 4 weekdays, don't go. They will book your appt for the wrong time most of the time( u book a date and time, but they will put down another time that you didn't agree to
