I had my first Pest Control treatment of my home today with Carlos and David of PureDefense. It was excellent! They were both very friendly, personable, professional and knowledgeable. They both took the time to ask if I had any concerns before starting. They asked permission before going to the various areas of my home. They explained thoroughly exactly what they would be doing and the services that they offer of which I could take advantage. They also treated the outside of my home by checking for wasp nests. They treated for fire ants and termites as well. I highly recommend their service!
