We have been Pilgrim customers for 21 years and have recently me the new owners and experienced their service and work. We are so pleased! Very excited to say that former owners made certain their customers and the transition would be positive for everyone. Thank you Paul & Suzie for your wonderful and personable ways, for teaching us how to speak some Korean AND for your quality service and friendship. You have clearly made a choice of new owners that , from our experience in just a short month, will bless us all and keep Pilgrim Cleaners the Very Best in Alpharetta!

I could give Pilgrim Cleaners 10 stars out of 5. I've been going here for 3 years now and the owner is as nice as she could be. She recognizes me and any car I roll up in and knows exactly my name, phone number and my orders by heart every time without hesitation. She has been able to get stains out of anything I give to her, shine and/or get shoes fixed and the rates here are too low, yes I said it, she could charge more for the stellar service she offers. If you drop off on Friday, your picking up by Tuesday am, if you drop Monday, she has you ready by Wednesday afternoon.
