Thank you Frank!! I was in a child support establishment nightmare!! Tried to get the respondent served through DCSS unsuccessfully for almost a year!! Opened the case in superior court and called Frank and he got the respondent served in ONE day!!! I’m beyond impressed and grateful, thank you again Frank!!
