Awful interaction with this company from start to finish...complete lack of professionalism and lack of response. I contracted with them for a pool inspection for a new home purchase. Once payment was made....enter 'lack of response' HERE! Additionally the report they gave me was so grammatically embarrassing that I couldn't even share it with the sellers! Complete waste of time and money! If they're this INEPT at a simple inspection....do you really want the EXPOSURE of them ACTUALLY REPAIRING you pool or spa??? I'd think long and hard about that!!!! Ps - Gave one star because I HAD to!

In summary they are very responsive and provide excellent service. My pool looks the best it’s ever looking in 7 years of having it. I have an issue, send a note and they are on it. I highly recommend PHD Pool Doctor over anyone I’ve used in past years. Thank you for being there to help keep my pool looking great!
