My 80-year-old mother had an appointment with Dr. Bailey on Monday. Due to an unexpected emergency, I was unable to take her as planned and had to resort to getting an Uber to take her to her 3:30 appointment. Her Uber ride was picked up and cancelled by two drivers before a third driver picked it up. This caused her to arrive at 4:05 at the office. I called the office in Alpharetta and explained our unfortunate circumstances. Unbelievably, the sweet office staff and Dr. Bailey, along with his assistants, accommodated my mother in her late arrival and gave her unrushed care and a health plan that is needed very much. Dr Bailey and his staff are very friendly and professional. He takes the time to explain what he is going to do before he performs the surgery. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. DeGroot is kind, considerate and a great listener! He took time to understand my concerns and didn't rush through my appointment.

I highly recommend him if you have an orthopedic issue.
