Jay was awesome. He came out the same day that we called and took his time to find a dead rat that was in our wall. He thoroughly checked the outside of the house, the crawlspace, and attic before doing minimal damage to our wall to remove the rodent. He was very pleasant and communicated everything that he was doing. The scheduling and intake team were also great and responded quickly.
I was having some issues with rodents and CJ was my serviceman…..he walked me through the steps he was going to implement and I haven’t had any issues since. Will definitely use him again!!!!!!!!
